Class Descriptions
Total Body Blast: an intense, high-energy workout designed to target every muscle group for maximum results. Combining strength, cardio, and core training, this full-body session will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and unstoppable!
Core and Glutes: This high-energy class is specifically designed to target two key areas: your core and your glutes. Through a series of focused exercises and routines, you'll engage in a comprehensive workout that tightens and tones your abdominal muscles while lifting and shaping your glutes.
High Intensity Interval Training: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a fast-paced workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and short recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and build endurance. This dynamic class is perfect for pushing your limits, boosting metabolism, and achieving results in less time!
Core and Cardio: Core and Cardio is a dynamic workout that combines heart-pumping cardio exercises with focused core strengthening moves. This class is designed to torch calories, improve stability, and build a strong, lean midsection!
